Open League Season came to an end with an exciting match
On a chilly afternoon at the Vienna Cricket Ground, Austria CC Wien faced off against Cricketer CC in a tightly contested match. In the end, ACC came out on top, winning by 43 runs to win the ACA 2022 OL Championshi
ACC won the toss and decided to bat first. They got off to a strong start, with Rayhaan Muhammad Ahamed scoring a brilliant 113 runs off 97 balls, including 8 fours and 2 sixes. Shivam Subhash also contributed with 41 runs before retiring. Despite the loss of a couple of early wickets, ACC managed to put up a strong total of 224 runs, thanks to solid performances from Rayhan, Shivam, Navin Wijesekera (25 runs) and Satyam Subhash (21 runs not out).
T20 DIV 2 Finals
Pak Riders Cricket Club emerged victorious against the Austrian Daredevils CC with a comfortable margin of 70 runs to claim the title of Div 2 T20 Champions .
The PRCC team put up a strong performance in the first innings, scoring 156 runs in 19.1 overs while losing 10 wickets. Kamran Naeem was the standout performer, scoring 55 runs off 35 balls with a strike rate of 157.14, including 4 fours and 3 sixes. Adil Armani and Adnannaser Naseri also contributed with 15 and 13 runs respectively. The bowlers for the ADCC team, Gill Shamsher, Ajmal Oryakhil, Waliullah Mandozai, Sodais Shafi, Naqi Jaffry, and Shahid Abed, struggled to contain the PRCC batsmen.

Vienna CC defeated the Donaustadt CC by a margin of 6 wickets to win the title of T20 Division Champions for 2022
In the first innings, the DCC XI team scored 136 runs in 20 overs and lost 9 wickets. Nour Alam Ahmadzai was the top scorer with 40 runs, while Razmal Shigiwals scored 24 runs and Zabiullah Ibrahimkhel scored 24 runs. The bowlers for the VCC team were Daniel Eckstein, Jaweed Sadran, Amir Jawed, Mark Simpson-Parker, and Akbarjan Abdullah.
Mark Simpson-Parker took 4 wickets for 18 runs in his spell of 4 overs.
Easter Cup 2022
In the Finals of East Cup 2022 , the Academy, Austrian Daredevils CC Junior team defeated the Academy, Vienna Punishers by a margin of 75 runs.
In the first innings, the Austrian Daredevils CC Junior team scored 126 runs in 9.3 overs and lost 6 wickets. Naqi Jaffry was the top scorer with 36 runs, while Gill Shamsher scored 36 runs and Sodais Saifi scored 6 runs. The bowlers for the Vienna Punishers team were Ebad Rahmani, Amandip Singh, Gursewak Singh, Narendra Polasam, Zain Jaffry, and Buset Omari.
In the second innings, the Vienna Punishers team scored 51 runs in 4.5 overs and lost 6 wickets. Zain Jaffry was the top scorer with 13 runs, while Ebad Rahmani scored 6 runs and Jaasim Packeer scored 5 runs. The bowlers for the Austrian Daredevils CC Junior team were Sodais Saifi, Shahid Abed, and Naqi Jaffry.

GROUP DRAW FOR EUROPEAN DIVISION 1 IN SUSSEX
Austria has been drawn in Group A in the European Division 1 Championships to be held in Sussex this July – with Gibraltar, Guernsey, Norway, Italy, Sweden.
AUSTRIA TO PLAY 3 T20 GAMES IN SWITZERLAND
The Austrian national cricket team have announced a mini-tour to Switzerland on Saturday 22. June & Sunday 23. June 2013 as a preparation for their ICC Europe Division one tournament scheduled for July at Sussex. Both matches will take place at En Marche in Cossonay. Three International T20 games are planned against the Swiss national side, with two games scheduled for Saturday 22nd June and one on Sunday 23rd June. In 2012, the Swiss National Team played several friendly internationals in Seebarn, with a full report of those games available on the SCA Website.
